Lyle and Cindy Robinette are longtime Charlotte residents who have a calling and dream to take care of Charlotte’s seniors in a way never done before—in a warm, country, homelike environment. Lyle has been a successful businessman in the auto industry, is the lay leader in his church, and currently is a member of the Charlotte Planning Commission. Cindy was born and raised in Charlotte and has been a physical education teacher for the last 26 years. Her last 18 years were spent in the Hastings Area School system. She will be retiring from education so she can become an integral part of Hope Landing.

Dean Solden is proud to be a partner with Lyle and Cindy Robinette and will be the first Administrator of Hope Landing. He has been involved in Senior Health Care since 1990, with his own family facility. Dean built, owned and managed several facilities, including the award winning University Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which AARP named as one of the top ten assisted living facilities in the United States. He is currently the Chair of the Michigan Center for Assisted Living, and is a Board Member of the prestigious National Center for Assisted Living. He is also a professional jazz musician who looks forward to entertaining the residents of Hope Landing.
