Hope Landing will be built in two phases. Phase one will be an all-purpose twenty-unit community for independent living, assisted living, and those individuals with mild to moderate memory care needs. It will be like a large, country home with wood floors, a fireplace, living room, den, and dining room. Residents will live in their own one room suite or one bedroom apartment with a full senior-friendly bathroom.

Country Dining with a Counter and a Booth
You’ll love our dining room—with round wooden tables and comfy cushioned wooden chairs. You’ll enjoy three delicious meals a day, and snacks throughout. On nice days, Lyle will cook up a barbecue on the back patio. Some of you will enjoy sitting at the counter, reading the paper and talking with the cooks. Others will love sitting in our side booth when your family comes to visit. Speaking of family, we have a beautiful private dining room that seats eight. Any time you want, just let us know and we’ll reserve the room so you can have family and friends over for a meal. Just like being home—except you don’t have to cook! And for those times you prefer to be alone, we’ll be happy to serve you meals in the privacy of your own apartment.
