Extraordinary personal care in a homelike environment,
to match your changing needs.

Hope Landing enables residents to “age in place”; that is to stay in your own apartment while your physical needs and care may change. We respect and respond to each resident’s unique physical, medical, spiritual and emotional needs. Our three levels of care and personalized care system is designed to meet our residents changing needs, while allowing them to stay engaged with life as they age.

All of our personal care is done in a gentle and caring manner, with the utmost respect for a person’s privacy and dignity. Owners Lyle and Cindy Robinette have chosen to take care of Charlotte’s seniors out of a sense of mission and calling. The loving attention our residents will receive comes from deep within, something not attainable in a larger, more institutional setting.

Assisted Living I provides all the services of Independence Plus Living Program (see Services and Amenities) as well as light morning and light evening assistance in:
• Bathing (getting in and out of shower)
• Dressing
• Personal Hygiene
• Medication Reminders

Assisted Living II and III are for those with more intensive needs than Assisted Living I and need heavier assistance in:
• Bathing (partial to full assistance)
• Dressing (partial to full assistance)
• Incontinence
• Medication Appliance (full)

Each person’s “care fee” will be determined by the actual amount of assistance needed throughout each month. A specially designed program has been established to accurately detail the amount of care provided to each resident.

Hope Landing will be licensed by the State of Michigan as an AFC (Adult Foster Care) home.
