…an alternative to living alone at home; an alternative to a nursing home
Assisted living is a relatively new form of senior health care. In some places, assisted living is for those individuals who need minimal help with personal and medical services such as: dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and medication management. Hope Landing will be that and much more. We will also service independent “plus” seniors, who want three great meals a day, friendly smiles, and an occasional helping hand, as well as those who need full-time personal care, and everything in between. Hope Landing will be a full service senior community with fantastic food, stimulating activities, professional care, and private, personal living quarters.

You can do what you want; when you want
One of our primary objectives at Hope Landing is to give you the options and freedom to do what you want, when you want. This is your home and your apartment. You can sleep in if you like, or get up early. You can eat at a time of your choice in the dining room, at our “counter” or in your apartment. And you can determine your own daily routine. At Hope Landing you have a choice, and you are in control.

…keep moving, keep talking, keep having fun!
Today’s seniors are more active than in the past. That is why at Hope Landing we provide a variety of stimulating and fun activities for your mind and body. You can do new things like learn how to use a computer and email your grandkids. You can stay fit by using our specially designed senior fitness room. You can enjoy a soothing bath in our luxurious spa. Join in the daily conversation of our discussion groups. Or, you may just want to have fun playing bingo or cards, socializing with your friends, enjoying our delicious food, or watching movies on our big screen TV.

We bring the community to you
For those who have difficulty getting about, we bring the community to you.
We believe in providing stimulation for the mind as well as caring for the body.
Our exciting lecture series will bring in the most interesting people from Charlotte and Lansing. There will be lively discussion groups. Musicians will perform for your listening pleasure. Most importantly, we will have people of all ages to interact with—from infants and school children of all ages, to caring adults who are interested in what you have to say. And don’t forget Jade the dog! We value every individual, no matter their what condition, as an important member of the community. Hope Landing and its residents will be a vibrant part of the Charlotte community.
